Return and Exchange Policies
We offer a 30 day return policy from the delivery date of your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it - unless the item is damaged or defective. Once your return is received and inspected, we will promptly be in touch to notify receipt, as well as if a refund has been approved. Upon approval, refunds will be processed and funds will automatically be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a defective or damaged product, please send an email with order information to: Help@FilterDeal.com
If we made a mistake fulfilling your order, we will cover all return shipping costs. We do our best to make shopping FilterDeal.com easy- if you have made an error when purchasing you will be required to pay return shipping. You will also be responsible for any extra shipping cost we may incur during fulfillment of your order (any shipping cost that was paid by customers, expedited services, extra costs, etc.).
